By registering as a vendor at the Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

Vendor Rules & Guidelines

Product Exclusivity
Vendor agrees that Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo does not make vendors exclusive to the product they are selling at our events. We do try not to put more than a few vendors selling similar products in each event, and we make every effort to separate similar vendors so they are not placed next to each other selling the same or similar product. However, exclusivity cannot be guaranteed. Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo has the right to move any reserved booth in the event of having vendors selling the same products next to each other.

Booth Setup & Conduct
All vendors must keep their booth within the assigned space. Displays, signage, and merchandise must not extend into aisles or neighboring booths. Vendors are responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of their booth area at all times during the event. Vendor understands that if their EZ-UP tent sticks out into any space other than their assigned booth space, they will be required to remove the EZ-UP tent.

Setup & Breakdown Times
Vendors must adhere to the designated setup and breakdown times provided by event management. Early breakdown before the close of the show is not permitted. Vendors who break down early may be denied participation in future events.

Payment & Deposits
Deposits and payments must be made within 5 days of signup to secure your booth spot. All booths must be paid in full 60 days prior to each event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final. Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo reserves the right to cancel an event for unforeseen reasons (which we have never done), but if Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo would cancel the event for an unforeseen reason, we would give the vendor the option to reschedule to a future event or receive a refund of any monies or payments the vendor has made toward the event. If the vendor cancels his or her booth or does not show up to the event by the end of setup time, the vendor loses his or her booth at the event and does not receive any monies or deposits paid for the event.

Prohibited Items & Activities
Vendors may not sell or display any illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items. Loud music, aggressive solicitation outside your booth space, or any behavior deemed disruptive by event management is strictly prohibited.

Liability
Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or property. Rocky Mountain Air Inc. DBA Lake Havasu Home & Garden Expo is not responsible for any accidents, slips or falls inside vendor booth. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

Compliance
All vendors must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including any required business licenses, permits, and sales tax collection. Event management reserves the right to remove any vendor found to be in violation.
